About Yarram Secondary College

Yarram Secondary College provides quality learning opportunities for students in years 7-12 in a rural community 220 kilometres east of Melbourne. The township of Yarram  has a population of 2,100 and the College has approximately 260 students, catering for students from neighbouring townships.  We are uniquely situated close to the beautiful coastal marine reserves of Corner Inlet and Nooramunga to the south and the Tarra Bulga rainforest to the north. At Yarram Secondary College we aim to provide a dynamic, caring, safe and varied learning environment where everyone feels that they belong and that they are able to achieve excellence. We strive to provide a comprehensive education for all students, to instil in them a love of learning that will last their whole life and equip them to take their place in, and contribute to, society.
